Hinomi H1 Pro Ergonomic Gaming Chair with Footrest

I work a lot of hours in front of a PC, and this chair has been a great investment both for my comfort and well-being.
I have tried many chairs in different shops, and I always found that something is missing from each one. Thus, I took the "risk" of buying this one through the internet without trying it first, based on the many reviews, awards, and adjustment options it offers.
It came out as the best chair I have used.
If I can say what would it make it even better: Adding the capability to adjust the armrests backwards as well, so as to sit even "deeper" in the desk, without them hitting on it (as I have adjusted them to be level with the desk surface, which is the intended way to adjust them). Also, the capability to adjust the lower back support to go a bit further back; I use the furthest back option currently. Finally, the tilt of the sitting pad has 3 adjustments: two mostly parallel to the ground and one that is quite heavily tilting the seat position forward. It would be nice to have one forward tilt in between the almost parallel ones and the heavily forward tilting one. Do not mistake those suggestions; the chair is superb as is (and the best I have used), but those additions would make it even better.

Easy to assemble with adjustment options

The chair took some time to arrive, which is understandable given that it is a new model. In the end, the wait was worth it. The packaging was excellent and very carefully done, and the chair offers an impressive range of adjustments, more than one could reasonably ask for.

That said, the chair is fairly large and could benefit from a bit more refined styling. In grey, it has somewhat of a “medical” or “surgeon’s chair” look (as my wife jokingly calls it), which gives it a slightly hospital-like vibe.

In terms of improvements, I would highlight three main points:
1. Materials – There is quite a lot of plastic used. While this does not affect functionality, it can make the price point feel harder to justify from a materials perspective.
2. Backrest lock – On my unit, the backrest lock occasionally disengages when I lean back, causing the chair to recline unintentionally. This can be a bit annoying, although after locking and unlocking it a few times, it usually works as intended.
3. Seat mesh comfort over long periods – While the seat base is generally comfortable, the mesh gives in over time. After sitting for a full day, I start to feel pressure from the sides, as the mesh compresses and the frame begins to press against the hips and legs. This is only noticeable during very long sitting sessions, but worth mentioning.

Overall, it is a highly adjustable and well-engineered chair, with a few areas where refinements could further improve the experience.

der aufbau war sehr einfach. der sitz komfort ist wirklich perfekt. nach den persönlichen sitz einstellungen braucht man nur noch zu genießen. egal ob arbeit oder vergnügen.
